Do you offer volume discount?

We can offer volume discount to professional and retail partners only but we reward clients referrals through our referral program. Every new client will receive a coupon code that will generate points to be redeemed against merchandise purchased every time the coupon is used. In other words, if you like our products and we are confident that you will, when you tell your friends about us, you will earn coupons to use against your next purchase. We will email you the referral code and a detailed explanation on how it works a few days after your next purchase.

Why your products are priced higher than the average good quality cookware?

It is like comparing a robots-made Corvette with a hand-made Aston Martin. Did you know that it requires 4 to 5 weeks to manufacture our cookware? Most cookware you find in retail, even high quality ones, are made partly or fully by machines and except in rare cases, they are mechanically painted or simply dipped into a paint bath. Our cookware is 100% handmade with centuries old techniques and know-how that can’t be reproduced by machines to match the same quality. Therefore, they can’t be mass produced, which makes them unique and also more expensive but they are well worth the investment. They are more than just cookware, they are pieces of art.

Can you make personalized potteries such as wedding platters?

If you give us enough time for it this is something we can arrange for you. Typically it takes 4 weeks to manufacture an item plus the shipping time from France. If we do not have an order forecasted we can FedEx your order directly from France to your home, we will simply require an advance payment by check or PayPal for both the merchandise and the freight. We could personalize any item we normally sell or make a specific item for you that we do not normally sell, such as platters, plates, mugs and more. Please contact us for arrangements.

I did not find rectangular dishes on your web site, why not?

If we have more requests of that nature we may eventually order rectangular bakers but these are molded mechanically and not hand-made like the oval and round bakers and therefore are much less resistant. We want to provide the best quality possible to our clients and that is why so far we only sell oval and round dishes.

I own a high-end cookware and kitchenware store; would you be interested in selling to us?

Absolutely! For large orders we can give you a volume discount but please understand that these items are hand-made and take about 4 weeks to manufacture or more for very large orders. We will be happy to assist you selling our potteries. Please contac t us for more details.
